Local Pickup Information

CTC Solutions is an in-store pickup retailer. All orders are collected in person at our Buckhead Atlanta office.

The pickup process

    Select a physical product

    Browse the collection and choose the merchandise you want to reserve.

  2. 2

    Complete payment or reservation

    Use an approved checkout option — pay online, or reserve and pay at pickup where offered.

  3. 3

    Choose an available appointment

    Pick from the office's published pickup windows on the checkout screen.

  4. 4

    Wait for order-ready confirmation

    Please do not arrive before receiving your order-ready notification.

  5. 5

    Bring confirmation and photo ID

    The purchaser or an authorized pickup person should have both ready.

  6. 6

    Inspect and collect

    Review the merchandise at the office before leaving with your order.
