To process a pickup order or reservation, we collect your name, email address, mobile telephone number, pickup selection and any notes you add. If online payment is used, billing details required by the payment provider are collected by that provider.

To prepare orders, send order-ready confirmations, verify the purchaser at pickup, and respond to customer questions.
How orders are processed
Order details are stored in our order-management workflow and shared only with staff who prepare or hand over the merchandise.
Pickup notifications
Order-ready and appointment notifications are sent to the contact details provided at checkout.
Payment providers
Payment information is handled by the connected payment provider. CTC Solutions does not store full payment-card numbers.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies to remember your shopping bag. Any additional analytics tools must be listed by the administrator before launch.
Data retention
Order records are retained for as long as necessary to meet legal, tax and customer-service obligations.
