Pickup-only fulfillment
CTC Solutions operates as an in-store pickup retailer. All orders and reservations are collected in person at 3379 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 700, Atlanta, GA 30326. Shipping and delivery are not offered.
Appointment requirements
Pickup appointments may be required. Customers should not arrive before receiving an order-ready confirmation from CTC Solutions.
Order-ready notifications
Confirmations are sent to the email address or mobile number provided with the order once the merchandise has been prepared.
Identification
The purchaser or an authorized pickup person may be asked to present valid photo identification along with the order confirmation. Additional verification may be requested when necessary to protect the purchaser.
Authorized pickup persons
An authorized pickup person may be permitted when arranged in advance by calling 470-437-4573 before the pickup appointment.
Rescheduling and late arrivals
Contact the office at 470-437-4573 to reschedule. Late arrivals may need to book a new appointment based on availability.
Unclaimed merchandise
Unclaimed orders are handled according to the timeframe published by CTC Solutions. The exact timeframe is an editable placeholder until confirmed by the administrator.
Inspection during pickup
Customers are encouraged to inspect merchandise at the office before completing the pickup.
Office closures
Holiday closures and unavailable dates are published on the pickup scheduler.
